| dc.description.abstract | Clinical supervision is a critical component in the development of therapist competencies, particularly in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Despite its importance, there is a lack of specific tools to assess EFT supervision effectively. This dissertation aims to address this gap by proposing a novel process coding system for EFT supervision. Grounded in the Emotion Focused Therapy Supervisor Competency Framework, the proposed coding system identifies and operationalizes nine key competencies into eleven categories.
