- Transformações no Mercado de Trabalho: Desafios e oportunidade para a década 2025-2035Publication . Tavares, Ana Elisa FernandesNo presente estudo, intitulado “Transformações no Mercado de Trabalho: Desafios e Oportunidades para a Década 2025-2035”, investiga-se de que modo as transformações tecnológicas remodelarão o perfil profissional em Portugal até 2035. Partindo da interrogação “Quais serão as competências exigidas a um profissional em 2035?”, procurou-se, em primeiro lugar, identificar as lacunas emergentes e, em seguida, delinear estratégias de adaptação organizacional. Para tal, adotou-se uma abordagem qualitativa e exploratória composta por quatro fases articuladas: o método Delphi em duas rondas, junto de um painel interdisciplinar de peritos; entrevistas semiestruturadas à profissionais de referência; análise documental sistemática, analisadas pelo Nvivo, para codificação e descoberta de padrões temáticos; e, finalmente, triangulação dos dados através de member checking, assegurando a fiabilidade das conclusões. Os resultados revelam a emergência de um perfil híbrido, marcado não só pela literacia digital e pensamento crítico, mas também pela criatividade, empatia e disposição para a aprendizagem contínua. Como contributo prático, propõe-se desenvolver políticas de formação flexíveis e a criação de parcerias estruturadas entre empresas, academia e governo, alicerçadas numa cultura organizacional que valorize o aperfeiçoamento permanente.

Lêma, Diogo FerreiraA gestão de pessoas no ambiente de trabalho tem vindo a ser mais complexa ao longo dos anos, os trabalhadores, que há 100 anos eram vistos apenas como engrenagens que podiam ser descartadas, são agora vistos como recursos preciosos, pessoas com necessidades e expectativas muito além do que apenas produtividade. Hoje os recursos humanos das Organizações são muito diversificados, em particular quando se referem a diferentes gerações. Este trabalho teve como principais objetivos estudar as principais características de quatro gerações diferentes (Baby Boomers, Geração X, Geração Y e Geração Z) em relação aos valores do trabalho, à satisfação no trabalho e ao conflito trabalho-família, família-trabalho; pretendeu também averiguar se os valores do trabalho (valores intrínsecos, valores extrínsecos, valores altruístas, valores de Status e valores sociais), a satisfação no trabalho e o conflito trabalho-família, família-trabalho eram diferentes para as quatro gerações.
- Impact of Abuse and Physical and Emotional Neglect on Personality Traits, Psychopathy, and AggressionPublication . Moreira, Patrícia Isabel GuimarãesAbuse and neglect (both physical and emotional), are part of adverse childhood experiences, and have psychological and physical consequences in the lives of individuals. This study aims to understand how these experiences affect personality traits, psychopathy, and aggression. The sample is made up of 1.007 individuals, young adults and adults of Portuguese nationality. We used the instruments the Life History of Aggression, the Childhood Adversity History Questionnaire, the NEO-Five Factor Inventory, and the Triarchic Psychopathy Measure. Data was collected online, from which we were hoping to understand the repercussions of adverse childhood experiences. We verify, using network analysis that physical and emotional abuse are strongly interconnected, and that emotional abuse occupies a central position in the network. However, the relationships between physical and emotional neglect indicate a more indirect impact. Besides, some types of abuse and neglect showed relationship where others didn’t which can be related to the type and dynamic of the abuse.
- Household Dysfunction and Child Sexual Abuse and its Impact on Psychopathy and Aggressiveness – Network Analysis in Portuguese Adults and Young AdultsPublication . Silva, Candy Marlene GonçalvesAdverse childhood experiences can be divided into household dysfunction, which affects the child indirectly (mental illness or suicide and substance abuse of any household member, domestic violence, parental separation and incarceration of a household member), and direct maltreatment (physical and emotional abuse and neglect and sexual abuse). Household dysfunction and child maltreatment often occur together, are interrelated, and have cumulative negative effects. In this way, a clearer picture emerged of the interaction between dimensions of adverse childhood experiences, more specifically child sexual abuse and household dysfunction, different psychopathy traits, and aggressiveness. The sample consists of 1007 individuals of Portuguese nationality aged 18 or over. The following instruments were used to assess the different variables: the Childhood Adversity History Questionnaire, the Triarchic Psychopathy Measure, the Life History of Aggression, and the Impulsive and Premeditated Aggression Scale using online data collection. It was possible to confirm that that child sexual abuse has some associations, but is not a central node in the network, and the Household Dysfunction variables are strongly connected to each other, Substance Abuse in Household, Mental Illness of a Household Member or Suicide, and Incarceration of a Household Member have good connections with other variables, which confirms that these factors can be central in problematic trajectories.
